Rules - Shipping Times - Turn Around Times - Returns
RTS (Ready to Ship):
- Turn Around Time: 1-5 business days
Pre Orders:
- Turn around time is approx 2 weeks until we ship to you unless otherwise stated
- Any information and photos we have are in the listing
- If there is an issue with the order, we will contact you immediately
Overall Rules:
- If we are out of stock on a size or item, please send us an email and we may be able to get it - or we may have it but just not restocked the items yet
- Drop shipping is available, please place your customers information in the "shipping" area at checkout
- We can combine invoices if items have not shipped and if we catch it in time
- No MOQ
- Shipping times are dependent on the option chosen at checkout for shipping. If our choice we choose USPS priority unless UPS is less expensive we will choose UPS
- A tracking number will be sent at time of ship. Once the item leaves our facility we are not responsible for the item
- You must pay for route to insure your packages we are not responsible for lost packages or damaged packages
- We do not offer refunds or Returns - If you have a quality issue please contact us
- Please do not email for an update until the TAT has passed
